Great value unit with a nice decor. Lots of tasty options for meal.

It had central location close to Life Center. It was located near an underground station giving access to many Bangkok attractions. I greatly enjoyed staff's efficiency. I ate at a great restaurant for dinner.

The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had light dishes. The staff was all extraordinary service-minded.

Honestly nothing to complain about. High-class, exceptionally clean place with panoramic views. Service-oriented stuff in assisting us with planning sightseeing, brand-new and fully-equipped rooms. Convenient and reasonable location to a tube station next to the hotel. Truly enjoyed very nice area...

The room at Aetas Lumpini was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the convenience of being located just a minute's walk away from the Lumpini metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city using public transportation. Additionally, the premier suite and club membership were definitely worth the price, as we had access to complimentary food and drinks throughout the day. The jacuzzi bath in the suite was a fantastic touch, adding a luxurious element to our stay. On my birthday, my partner surprised me with a cake and flowers sent to our room, which was a beautiful gesture.

The sink in the bathroom was dirty, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we encountered a taxi recommended by the hotel that ripped us off, causing an unpleasant experience.

Amazing soft openning rate for a "Hyatt" style and confort hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. High standart bed, quiet, wonderful city view, clean, new, modern and convinient between Silom and Sukumvit area for boat, bts or taxi for other hist oric area. just perfect. enjoy quickly, promotion will ending soon....

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was brand new and it showed. Breakfast in the executive lounge was nice, great view.

The promised facilities were not available yet. The water in the small pool and hot tub was ice cold, so effectively not useable. That might be a godsend on a very hot bangkok day, but I was out of the pool in 2 minutes (and I'm used to taking cold showers every day). Warming in the sun at the pool side afterwards was not an option, because - while the pool was outside - it was basically covered by the rest of the building (much like a parking garage), so sun bathing is not an option in this hotel. The "fitness" advertised consistent of exactly three treadmills, and nothing else. I would not take that from a 2 star hotel promising fitness facilities, but certainly not from a 5 star hotel. Changing for the pool was to be done in the room, as there was no changing facility available yet. Not such a big issue, as there seemed to be nobody else in the hotel but me, so using the elevator in my wet swimming trunks was not even much of an issue, but gave me a feeling which was more like a youth hostel rather than a 5 star hotel. The promised sauna and steam room where not available yet. There was however a nice bar/lunch facility, but it was unstaffed while I was there, so effectively useless. All in all not exactly the comfortable, luxury stay I was aiming for when booking the executive lounge with club access. The hotel was simply not ready at all, and hence could not deliver on the description at Booked.net. It may or may not become be a nice hotel in the future, I cannot tell. I checked out immediately the next day and shifted to a cheaper five star hotel that did offer more facilities than just a nice but still relative small room to lock myself up in.

Property was 1st class, with thoroughly professional staff and ideal location super close to a subway. Location: the hotel was close enough to a metro station, Lumpini Park, and the easy to use metro. Great to be 300 metres away from Mc Donald, enjoyed our meal there. The service was very good with an early check-in.

Had a REALLY GOOD stay with amazing service, everything was superb. The breakfast was savoury and above average with a wide spread of both Asian and served by the competent staff. The location was convenient and perfect, just a short walk away from Snake Farm. There were shopping centres and a night market around the hotel.

Beds were a little hard.

No reason to complain, the venue exceeded all expectations, recommend it. I had a great-sized room with a good view, jacuzzi bath, for instance and everything was modern.

Overall it was fully-equipped and great value with a decent view. A tub and soap dispensers were available there.

The restaurant was good for dinner, I tried light dishes. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect for first time visitors to Bangkok. A shopping mall and a night market were right next door. Enjoyed my stay in Bangkok, and would recomand it.
